Senior Accountant (Real Estate)

Our client, a Hospitality management company that manages and services Beach Front Resort properties is currently looking to hire a driven Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting, accounts payable and receivable management, reconciliations, statutory management and budgeting. The ideal candidate Must have a relevant Bachelor's Degree and CPA /ACCA qualification with at least 3 years of Senior Management experience.Key Responsibilities: Manage Payroll and submit statutory deductions i.e. NHIF, NSSF, PAYE and ensure all employee files are kept updated and in order.Manage owners rental and guests statements:Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information on all the company business lines.Preparing weekly, monthly and annual financial reports.Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts with full analysis of business performance vs budgeted forecast.Payables and receivable management.Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions from the inventory and store controller.Reconcile both Bank and Mpesa statements.Ensuring legislation is followed regarding taxes and licenses. Qualifications: Must have a relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or any other related field with a CPAK or ACCA qualification.Must have 3 years and above working experience in a Senior position.Must be Proficient in using accounting systems, General Accounting skills and Computer skills especially excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Good communication & Time management.
