Senior Associate – Communication & Graphic Design At Kpmg

Support various BU graphic design elements, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.Support in Graphic Design: Develop visually stunning and effective designs for various mediums, ensuring alignment with various BU/engagement guidelines and objectives.Work closely with the communications team to understand project requirements and contribute creative input.Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts.Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design elements and channels.Identify knowledge management portals for disseminating program communications.Support in planning hosted and sponsored events and site visits and facilitating photography and/or interviews and videography.Support in the facilitation of knowledge sharing by organizing trainings and documenting lessons learned.Provide other ad-hoc communications and marketing support in line with other responsibilities.Business development – participate in generating new business through concept note and proposal development as shall be assigned to them.
