The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.Takes responsibility for investigating new initiatives for a particular segment or a particular identified opportunity Does background research, assists in developing a suitable response and conducts viability assessments of a range of potential solutions Compiles business case for new initiatives, which includes all business imperatives such as systems and other resources, distribution models, marketing plans, etc Ensures that the approved solution is effectively implemented and refined over medium term after initial launch Conducts presentations to introduce new initiatives and ensures buy-in
