Key Responsibilities:Coordinate community engagement with key stakeholders in the communityGuide the development of research participant recruitment and retention strategies and implementationSet goals and metrics to ensure effective implementation of community engagement and recruitment strategiesCoordinate activities to improve community research literacyCoordinate community advisory group activities for researchRepresent PHRD in stakeholder forums and community initiativesVacancy Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Public Health,Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, Community Development, Anthropology or other relevant degree.Knowledge of STI, HIV/AIDSBasic HIV counseling skills are desirableBasic IT and social media skillsKnowledge of Good Participatory Practice (GPP) guidelines is an added advantage
