Student Recruitment Officer (3) At Equip Africa Institute

REF: EAI/REC/HRO/0424-005Qualification:Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing or any other related courseDuties and Responsibilities;Represent Equip Africa Institute Driving School to potential clients and groups to promote outreach activities.Develop, coordinate and deliver outreach programs and marketing strategies, arranges visits and tours for prospective students and parents.Act as the focal contact person for internal coordination of Institute student recruitment and enrollment processes.Develop promotional materials and information from the Institute and educational programs.Prepares reports and proposals regarding recruitment and outreach activities, and responds to inquiries from students.Create packages, monitor and distribute resource materials for student recruitment and retention programs.Develops mentorship programs and analyzes trends in recruitment and retention for Equip Africa Institute.Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the departmental head or the Institute ManagementQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Management in Marketing or a related Business field from a recognized institution.At least two years of demonstrable marketing experience, preferably in the education sector.Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying potential opportunities, and assessing competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.Understanding logistics and the TVET industry to effectively market and communicate the unique features of the Institute's services.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms to execute online campaigns and reach a wider audience.Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders within the TVET industry.Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities to meet deadlines and handle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.Possess effective communication skills and a solid understanding of logistics,Public speaking and presentation skills.Good computer skills (Proficiency in computer applications)
