Details of the offer

A fast growing supermarket targeting low marketing population with branches in thika, limuru, naivasha, meru, maua, mombasa and an upcoming one in nyeri is seeking aSupermarket Branch Customer Service.
Requirements :
Diploma in public relations/customer service or relatedfield.

Reporting to the branch manager, supermarket branch customer servicechampion main role is to grow shareholder value by attracting and retainingcustomers through the day to day interaction.
Experience :

At Least 3 years working experience performing similarroles.

Responsibilities

He/she will perform the following duties:-
be visible andavailable on the shop floor to interract with customers and help staff toresolve special customer issues.

Be custodian of customer feedback process bygathering feedback (from staff, floor supervisor) and managing the wholeprocess of resolution of complaints.

Cascading customer feedback to staff.

Carry out regular coaching and on-the-job training at the branch, as well asclassroom training as per training programme.

Develop processes for capturingissues impacting on customers.

Ensure that customer service policies andprocedures e.g complaints procedures, returns and exchange procedures arecommunicated properly to customers and adhered to.

Be custodian of theforgotten items records and customers property left in the shop.

Job Requirements
Required education
: Diploma, Associate's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 3 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
