Job Description
The company's investment involves acquiring land in the open market next to Universities and other key hubs where young people prefer living, constructing the buildings, leasing out to tenants and then managing the properties on a full services basis for the long term.
As a representative of the company and of the brand the Talent acquisition Manager is expected to;
Duties and Responsibilities
Candidate should have on the job experience in a structure operation
Critical experience in the following areas: Talent acquisition: Employer branding, assessment tools, recruitment governance;
Talent development: Developing and executing a learning portfolio;
Performance Management: Executing a performance management framework – upskilling line managers, driving high performance.
Psychometrics: Assisting in implementing psychometric assessments and behavioural event interviewing formats while acquiring talent.
Talent Management, you will facilitate the organization in transitioning from Talent Retention to Talent Management, linking the culture of the organization to business needs.
Lead the performance management cycle (PMS), Learning and Development, build a culture of Reward and Recognition, Design and execute the employee engagement framework
Develop and Execute the clearly defined Talent Acquisition Strategy for allocated Business Units ensuring alignment with the business and people plan, informed in part by competitor and market intelligence
Provide input in the development of the overall TA strategic plan, policies, procedures, user experience designs
Analyze data to help advise Clients and deliver on TA strategy
Provide input in the development of and ensure application of all Talent Acquisition related policies and procedures
Education
Business Degree (specialization in HR would be an added advantage)
At least 4-5 years' experience in a generalist strategic HR/ Talent Management position in a structured/ well established organisation
Key Requirements
On-the-job experience in talent management (not only talent acquisition, but also talent management and performance management);
Able to clearly articulate their contribution in executing talent management practices
Driven, high energy, articulate, communicates well (to be able to also act as a Business Partner);
Demonstrate ability to work with little supervision (self-starter, resourceful);
Looking at a career move for the right reason
Should have a customer-oriented profile
Able to act as HR Business Partner to identify the business needs and development talent interventions to address these needs;
Driven attitude, results oriented, articulate
Proficiency in MS Office (especially excel) and database software
Good knowledge of talent development and succession planning methods.
Excellent decision making and organisational skills.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
