KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand Bank's technical infrastructure and ecosystem and manage complex technical projects from concept to closureEnsures that project-critical resources are available and used efficiently to support the project goalsDirect technical teams through all phases and activities of the project, including analysis, design, development, testing and implementationCommunicates with project team to ensure understanding of project goals, milestones, deliverables, and individual roles and responsibilitiesProvide regular updates to business customers and stakeholders, project sponsor on the status of the projectsEnsure project and technical solution aligns with scope and is delivered within budget and timelinesOwn the technical delivery of technical projects, manage technical tasks at a granular level, follow up with key stakeholders.Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to define deliverables, determine pre-requisites and identify documentation needsProactively identify, plan, and communicate project risks and roadblocks in delivery and manage them appropriately.Responsible for maintaining the functional integrity of all the systems and integrated components throughout continual solutions delivery.Ensure that technology solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with architectural principles, standards, roadmaps and that they minimize technical debt.Use agile methodologies to maintain a strong focus on delivery priorities, holding delivery teams to account for timely delivery, and swiftly responding to changing requirements, dependencies and risks.DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: NOT MORE THAN 5 OF THE MOST TYPICALAggressively manage dependencies and impact, coordinate with other stakeholders, and remove obstacles that stand between delivery team and business & customer success.Focus 80% of time on managing the delivery process and 20% on documentation / administrationEnsure delivery issues are analyzed and resolved in a timely fashion.Oversee delivery team activities and provide direction and guidance as needed to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveriesEnsure project and technical solution aligns with scope and is delivered within budget and timelinesCHALLENGES: GIVE ONE EXAMPLE OF THE CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED IN THIS JOBRemoving project delivery impediments, improving productivity of project team, consistent and sustainable execution while staying within the organization governance frameworks.AUTHORITIES[1]: MANDATES, SIGNING AND/OR APPROVAL LIMITSAuthority Type Impact Key[2] Currency Limit Value Authority Level[3]Recommend for approval RP N/A N/A RCMINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSAcademic & ProfessionalEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study RQProject Management PRINCE II (Practitioner)/PMP /PMI-PMP/ AgilePM / PMI-ACP / Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) RQ Professional Qualifications ITIL Foundation AA ExperienceMinimum Work Experience5 yearsDetail Minimum No of Years Need Type[5]Progressive Experience in IT 5 Years Technology Projects Management / Delivery 4 Years
