Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Trade Sales Representative to drive sales growth in the trade channel. Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the trade channel, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and reach sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts, market insights, and performance metrics.Monitor and manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability targets for the trade channel.Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products and build brand awareness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or related field from a reputed institute.5+ years of experience in FMCD, telecom, sleep solutions, or furniture industry.Work experience in central region is a must.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
