The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops for the staff at multiple safari locations. This role offers the unique opportunity to travel to various safari destinations, delivering training and support to the camp staff.Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and informative training sessions and workshops in various safari locationsDevelop and maintain training materials, manuals and resources to ensure consistency and quality in training programsProvide hands-on training and guidance in areas such as front office, wine service, bar operations and cocktail preparationContinuously evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve staff performanceCollaborate closely with the management team to identify training needs and implement tailored training programs accordinglyStay updated with industry trends and innovations to ensure the client's offerings are at the forefront of excellenceFoster a positive and engaging learning environment to the staff, motivating and inspiring them to excel in their roles Requirements Proven track record as a Trainer, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experienceExtensive hands-on experience in F&B and Front OfficeExceptional communication and presentation skillsCharismatic and approachable personality, able to connect with and inspire othersStrong organizational and time management skillsWillingness to travel to different safari locations as requiredCertification in food safety and alcohol service is a plusBasic or fluent Swahili is an advantage
