Key ResponsibilitiesProviding theoretical and clinical instructions of students to ensure mastery of skills.Monitoring students' performance to maintain instructional standards.Developing and reviewing curriculum in line with Nursing Council requirements.Conducting tests for (theory and practical) and evaluation of student's assignment and performanceParticipating in quality programs, clinical audits and research.Qualifications, Experience and SkillsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BscN).Higher Diploma in Paediatric Nursing.Certification as a TVET instructor (added advantage).Certificate in Health Education will be an added advantage.Certificate in European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (RCUK)/ Paediatric Life Support (AHA) are added advantages.Must have at least one (1) teaching experience as a tutor.
