Voice Manager

To planand achieve the targeted revenue from the prepaid product categories for Voiceand Non-Voice while also ensuring implementation of customized programs tocreate stickiness of the existing base , resulting in reduced customer churn& higher usage.

Responsibilities

Achievethe desired revenue from the base by designing and developing customizedprograms

Designing,managing, analyzing programs and offers to create stickiness of the base to thenetwork and hence building loyalty.

Developand implement a process resulting in No customers complaints while availing ofthe program benefits

Designplans and programs for increasing the penetration and hence the usage of thelong distance traffic

Byidentifying and hence creating various channels and means of driving the customerto use mobile for long distance calls asagainst a landline or a local call outlet

Provide accurate forecasting on the basis past and present performance

Single point of contact for any reporting requirement or analyses concerning CLM or UnR

Standard reports required to be populated are M1 & M2 Decay, Decay chart, Inactivity movement, churn projection and campaign performance.

Understand the impact of any campaignlaunched vis a vis TG / CG net impact
