Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an organized Warehouse Manager to supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. You will ensure the maintenance and safety of company assets.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible professional work experience at the national and international levels in warehouse/logistic function

Computer and IT skills (including Microsoft Office)

Demonstrated ability with managing processes and analysing information.

Degree in Logistics & Procurement or Supply chain management

Demonstrated ability to lead a team

Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization

Adhere to all warehousing legislation requirements

Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment

Stock control and inventory management

Prepare annual budget

Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies

Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

Coach, discipline and motivate employees

Maintain documentation and accurate records of warehouse activities

Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Maintain awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles

: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 3 years
