Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. Stay updated on Web3 industry trends for effective sourcing. Video screen candidates to understand their unique qualifications based on the role. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Submit candidates to ATS and keep them updated the hiring process. Requirements: 1+ years of technical recruitment experience preferably in web3 environments. Understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.   Compensation This role is freelance and compensated through a profit-sharing model. Generous percentage.   The role is fully remote globally.
