Exposure/experience in banking operations or business management in a professional and dynamic business environment.
Exposure/experience in leading or managing marketing and sales teams.

Strong analytical skills – detail oriented and ability to work with and interpret figures.
Strong communication skills, especially interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the industry, target market and its current trends and events.
