Business Development Manager

Extreme Clean is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for Business Development to help increase our revenue and corporate relationships through Business Development Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Communications, Marketing or other relevant degree

5 years and above professional experience

Self motivated, energetic and driven individual

Solutions-oriented with a drive to find efficiency

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, deadlines, and organizational skills

Professional team player who takes ownership of tasks and who seeks and accepts other responsibilities

Responsibilities

Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

Increasing client base

Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

Writing business proposals

Negotiating with stakeholders

Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

Following industry trends locally and internationally

Drafting and reviewing contracts

Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

: 5 years
