Markets InternshipOur Markets team is looking for an exceptional intern to join our dynamic team of competent and talented individuals who support all functions of business across East Africa. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the larger EY team to support our go-to-market initiatives.We're looking for a candidate who:? Can create content that aligns with an organization's purpose and editorial strategy? Is ready to learn about complex business ideas and concepts? Understand complex business concepts with ease? Is outstanding at grammar, usage and conventionYour responsibilities will include:Work with the teams in the East Cluster to ensure they record all opportunities and Client contacts on the Mercury Opportunities systemSupport the team to meet targets for the Client Feedback ProgramEnsures proper management of the Opportunities on Mercury System by coordinating with teams to make necessary updates that include stage and status of all pursuitsExtract reports of the Sales & Pipeline and also the CX lens Feedback Program and create summaries for every Country/ SL to be shared with the teams every week.Ensure the East cluster teams receive any reports and training required in the areas mentionedSupport all Marketing initiatives Support service lines to plan and execute their events Supporting our Brand, Markets & Communication team to achieve its mandate Technical Skills/Tools Requirement MS Office – PowerPoint/Word, PDFPeople managementTo qualify for the role, you must haveA Bachelor's degree in a Business related, Marketing, Communication or Social Science field with a minimum of second-class upper honours or equivalent Professional qualifications will be an added advantageA minimum overall grade of a B in KCSE and B in both English & MathematicIT and data analytics skillsExhibit flexibility to adapt to multiple cultures / sectors and display agility and diversityDemonstrate capability of being a 'quick learner' of business processes, models, EY methodologies with an analytical bend of mindDisplay a structured thought process and problem-solving skills.
