Salary Currency: Kenyan Shilling
Duties
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
Able to handle enquiries in regards to all our products
Managing incoming calls
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Requirements
A vibrant person who is good in sales
Fresh graduate Certificate or diploma ONLY on either Secretarial/Customer Care/ PR /Sales
(never worked before)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent both written and verbal communication skills
Good time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy- someone we can train our products
Age between 19 – 23 years
Ready to work in shift
