This role is based within the Marketing department reporting to the CEO.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Management and maintenance of all company websites (WordPress)Management and maintenance of all landing pages on HubSpotContent upkeep based on needs and feedback of internal stakeholdersHighly targeted social media marketingGoogle AdsSearch Engine OptimisationSales Qualified Lead GenerationMonthly reporting on performance of Digital Marketing activities Inbound Sales Handle Sales Qualified LeadsFeedback Customer’s journey into digital marketing activitiesWork hand in hand with the sales team to maximise team’s target achievementsEnhance the use of the CRM for increased sales conversion rates ICT Support Support users with general ICT issues including networking, printer troubleshooting, software installations etc.Liaise with external ICT providers where necessary including fleet management, CCTV and ISPs. Key Qualifications Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing platform, including landing page and form designMinimum of 2 years experience creating and maintaining WordPress websitesProven track record of SEO activities Key Characteristics Love for the outdoorsTeam playerFluent in English and Swahili, both written and spokenAppreciates the process of planning and enjoys brainstormingEmpathetic and a good listenerThought and logic drivenIntrapreneurial
