Our client is a leading research, capacity building, and project management consultancy firm that offer technical services to NGOs, government institutions, research institutions, and the private sector. They provide training and technical services in the areas of Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Management and Analysis, Project Management, GIS, Mobile Data Collection, Agriculture, and Rural Development. They are seeking to hire a savvy candidate who is willing to join, learn and grow in their marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Curating content consistently for the website and social media platforms.
Improving and optimizing content informed by thorough research and SEO metrics
Regular and timely posting of content and events on social media and affiliate websites
Conducting industry market research to inform marketing decisions and strategies
Creative designing of social media posts, event posters, and related marketing content.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the digital marketing strategy for optimal results.
Nurturing collaborative working relationships with all team members.
Keeps marketing manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual market analysis.
Any other duty assigned from time to time.

Skills& Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in content writing and management
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently and be innovative.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM/Google Analytics and IT is an added advantage.
