Digital/Social Media Marketer
We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital marketing manager will be in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, and services.
2. The duties will include planning campaigns, analysing metrics, and identifying trends. Having an experience in art direction and social media will be an added advantage.
3. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
4. Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
5. Plan and manage our social media platforms.
6. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
7. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
8. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
9. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
10. Work with marketing committee to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing – major digital marketing.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and web-development and website analytics.
4. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress and JavaScript is required.
5. Graphic design
6. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
9. Knowledge in photography, videography will be an added advantage.
