Event Co-Ordinator

If you love getting people together, we are looking for you. We want someone with good persuasion skills while remaining objective in their approach. The position will be responsible for organising events at WeeMedia for all the brands
The candidate must be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Good negotiations skills

Team player and pro-active

Good level understanding of events industry in the local market

Good knowledge of branding and printing

Direct connects with Emcee, performers and suppliers preferred

Responsibilities

Be able to handle different formats and size of events
Stick to the budgets allotted for the planned events

Manage vendors and payments

Ensure smooth communications throughout the event with all stakeholders

From recce to the execution of events

Coordinate with marketing team for maximum amplification of the events

Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 18 months

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
