Job Description
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Maintaining positive business relationships with existing and potential customers
Training customers on how to use the MwalimuPlus application
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and emails
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep updated on promotional trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Experience in selling software products
Understanding the sales process and dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to work comfortably in fast-paced environment.
Persuasive sales reps with ability to sell MwalimuPlus app to prospective customers and meet daily sales targets.
