Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:Three years of administrative, project management or real estate experience is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:Knowledge U.S. Government regulations; Foreign Affairs Manual (14 FAM), GSO Housing Handbook, and Embassy policies. Strong
understanding of Facility Management operations and operating practices and procedures. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Good knowledge of preparing a residence for occupants is required. Must know basic maintenance requirements.
Education Requirements:
A High School Diploma is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE:Level IV English (fluency, speaking/reading/writing) is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Must have ability to work under pressure and able to organize and manage multiple
tasks. Ability to work both independently and in a team is required. Driving skills required. Must have a valid driving license
and be willing to drive U.S. Government vehicles. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level Security Clearance.
