Responsibilities

Manage client and candidate relationships:
Build rapport and trust with clients (employers) and candidates in the course of your work.

Go the extra step to keep clients (employers), candidates and internal teams informed and aligned.

Deliver a great, Shortlist experience. Put yourself in another’s shoes and be able to simplify, provide context, and empathize with the challenges faced by them.

Deliver recruitment activities for our clients

Marketing our recruitment services to potential clients and meeting the set KPIs.

Be actively involved in the recruitment processes, create project delivery timelines and ensure that the clients’ assignments are delivered on agreed timelines.

Take the lead in planning with the client ensuring all job details are captured, constantly tracks the process and initiates necessary action for effective delivery.

Apply the right approach in getting the right candidates that meet the clients’ needs.

Coordinate talent selection process (conduct screening and interviews for best-fit candidates).
Coordinate with recruitment consultants to ensure that the recruitment processes are smooth and give the support where needed.

Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: one month

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
