We source Ex US/UK/EU products from the best suppliers and stand behind their quality with a 1 year warranty.Our products are distributed and sold online and through a network of local agents and outlets who are paid commission when customers send payments. Customers are supported by a trained customer care team based in Nairobi. This team is responsible for all aspects of customer account management: registration, questions or complaints and monitoring customer performance and analysis of customer payment behavior.The PositionTitle: HR CoordinatorResponsibilities:Hands on representative of the Human Resources departmentHelps facilitate all basic Human Resource functionsAssists with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.Actively manages the recruiting process for new employees, including helping managers identify candidates, and performing reference checksAddresses minor employee issuesManages employee records / files and ensure that they are up to dateResponsible for scheduling HR related meetings and interviewsAssists with smooth onboarding of new hires, including issuing employment contracts, performing orientations and updating records of new staff.Assists with performance management procedures, including management of probationary reports.
