Job Description
Reporting To :ICT MANAGER
Key roles and Responsibilities:
• Assisting in managing all the communications and information technology network and systems.
• Assisting in IT network administration, software development, system support and customer support.
• Responsible for relationships with the stakeholders in the ICT industry both internal and external i.e hardware and software vendors, service providers, industry regulators, consultants;
• Configuration of ICT platform to ensure integrity, awareness, updates and security of all ICT resources;
• Formulation /review of ICT policies, develop and communicate disaster mitigation and recovery plans to ensure business continuity;
• Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network effectiveness and efficiency
• Identify and develop new markets and Management of new business/members.
• Coordination of all marketing programs and Education to members.
• Coordination of market activation drives
• Carrying out member survey on products and services needed by members
• Advertisements, Publicity
• Implementing the business development strategic plans.
Qualifications and skills:
• Degree in Information Technology or a related course
• Diploma course. A bias in Marketing is an added advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in financial institution
• Relevant professional certification CCNA, CCNP
• IT fluency
• Mature, self-driven and result oriented individual
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to led a team of sales representatives
• Good interpersonal skills, and teamwork
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and good with numbers
