Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssessing, planning, implementing nursing interventions and evaluating patient's outcomesProviding appropriate healthcare service including integrated Management of a Childhood Illnesses (IMCI), immunization, PMTCT, ante-natal care and deliveryProviding health education and counseling to patients/clients and community on identified health needsReferring patients and clients appropriatelyFacilitating patients' admission and initiating discharge plansMaintaining records on patients/clients health condition and careEnsuring a tidy and safe clinical environmentCollecting and compiling dataRequirements for appointmentDiploma in any of the following disciplines; Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing, Kenya Registered Nursing, Kenya Registered midwifery, Kenya Registered Nursing/Midwifery or Kenya Registered Nursing/Mental Health and Psychiatry from a recognized InstitutionRegistration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of KenyaValid practicing license from Nursing Council of KenyaCertificate in Computer application skills from a recognized institutionSatisfy the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya
