Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities;
· Attain set monthly targets
· Advise clients on the technical features of the vehicle to help them make informed decisions.
· Identify business opportunities by sourcing for prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
· Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, useful information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service.
· Maintaining a clear database that displays all lead contacts and status of prospects and Clients, showing the conversion rate of all leads in a particular.
· Research customers’ needs and wants as well as competition information
· Devise and implement strategic plans to meet customers’ demands.
· Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory to achieve set sales targets
· Generate revenue by engaging external prospects from events and marketing.
· Ensure optimal customer experience through service given and follow up on all inquiries.
Sales Executive Qualifications;
· Bachelor of Sales and marketing or related fields.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in the motor vehicle industry.
· Must have a valid Driving License.
· Technical knowledge of current cars sold in the market.
· Excellent communication, presentation, organizing skills, and customer management.
· Ability to work independently, self- driven and highly motivated.
· Knowledge of how to deal and cope with different types of personality, high emotional intelligence.
· Professional poise and pleasing personality.
