Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 4 years of experience in Sales or equivalent knowledge or experience
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales Origination.
Healthcare background - radiography/radiology or pharma related qualification is an advantage
Analytical skills using excel or other relevant tools
Healthcare/pharma/medical device business experience
- Sales management experience in is essential, multi-country experience is an advantage
Channel management experience (managing third parties)

Responsibilities
Must demonstrate strong business acumen in sales, distributor and channel management i.e.Explore and generate local business opportunities to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction within planned budgets and operating plans
Negotiating and agreeing on sales targets with channel partnersLead, direct and motivate the sales team to maximize local business opportunitiesDevelop team member’s commercial competency levelDetermine distributor prices and appropriate in-market pricing based on market dynamics and competitor intelligence
Applicable liaison with finance, supply chain, quality, customer service, regulatory, cash collection and all other relevant commercial teams in GE and with external partners
Manage orders with channel partners and all relevant internal stakeholders&Coordinate the full sales process including cash collection
Prepare and submit applicable analyses and reporting of sales and commercial operations
Implement sales and marketing strategies across sub-regional countries with strong leadership and coordination skills
