Duties/Responsibilities: Sales Manager Roles Includes;
• Oversee the sales activities of the organization products within the region.
• Maintain ROI of distributors.
• Ensure availability of all SKU’s in the region.
• Generate a marketing plan that addresses the vertical market opportunities within the respective geographical area.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service through continuous consultation with the departmental heads to secure information on customer specifications and preferences.
• Provide regular reports as required by management on sales performance, market intelligence and trends.
• Receive weekly sales report with action plans for any individual outlet that is behind target from individual regional representatives.
• Generate a marketing plan that addresses the vertical market opportunities within the respective geographical area.
• Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories and routes.
• Selection of right distributor.
• Meet required shelf share (SOS) in modern trade in all categories. Attain volume target for region.
