Sales & Marketing (6-Month Contract)

Duties and Responsibilities
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
Research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Requirements and Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma in marketing or relevant field
1-3 years successful work experience in tour sales & marketing role or similar.
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, web analytics, and social media
Must have a Laptop
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
