About the Administrative Associate role The Administrative Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This multifaceted position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the startup.   What you will do: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for team members. Manage shared calendars and communicate schedule changes effectively. Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for team members. Ensure timely submission and reimbursement of travel expenses. Assist in the creation and organization of documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital. Draft and edit internal and external communications as needed. Facilitate communication between team members and external stakeholders. Assist in planning and organizing company events, workshops, and meetings. Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support during events. Liaise with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues. Note: This job description outlines primary responsibilities and reflects the proactive approach expected from team members. Additional duties may be assigned as required to meet organizational needs. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
