LPO, GRN, Delivery Notes and ApprovalsEnsure all goods supplied are received by GRN and all credit notes for returns are received 3. Check on rejected goods records and returns.Perform market auditsEnsure there is no Double payment of invoicesCheck Validity and approval of PaymentsEnsure support documents are attached for expenses paid 8. Perform Month Ad Hoc Cash countsCheck ordering of goods for proper procurement procedureCheck the list of deposits against deposits slips, setoff and withdrawalsPerform random checks on crates issues and returns postingCheck cans movements reports for cases of overstays in the MarketPerform Random stock counts of Cans and crates and compare with Book records for lossesPerform mpesa checks on reversals banking and postingsCheck the transport payments and other payments for accuracy and completeness.Any other duty as directed by the supervisorSkill & ExperienceDegree in B.com-Accounting or FinanceCPA-K certified is an added advantageAt-least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts payable and receivableExperience in FMCG or Manufacturing is required.
