Bachelor degree Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration

At least 5 years’ Sales management experience in financial services / FMCG.

Insurance professional qualification: ACII, CIM, AIIK, FLMI or COP is an added advantage.

Sales of technology products.

Knowledge of Insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Establishment of new affinity & aggregator partnerships to achieve overall revenue targets.

Maintenance of the set level of active partners country wide.

Conduct continuous training & capacity development for partners.

Timely quotation dispatch and engagement for closure.

Delivery of volume and Value targets in line with company objectives.

Prospect, qualify and appoint affinity/Aggregator partnerships according to set criteria.

Education and awareness on life products through effective training of affinity partners.

Gathering and sharing market intelligence to aid development & or customizing of products.

Support marketing and promotional activities for affinity Partners /Aggregators

Facilitate quotations and aggressively follow up proposals to affinity partners on a timely basis

Accurately and timely generate business development reports.
