Responsibilities and Duties
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Managing budgets
• Planning menus
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Overseeing stock levels
• Ordering supplies
• Producing staff duty rosters
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Taking reservations and handling room bookings
• Greeting and advising customers

• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
• Keeping statistical and financial records
• Assessing and improving profitability

• Handling administration and paperwork
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives

Qualifications:
•Education level: A minimum of a diploma in hotel or hospital management from a recognized institution or a diploma in any other related field.
•Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a restaurant management position.
