Goals and Objectives:
Deliver Project Plans and Work flows.
Monitor Projects Integrity and delivery timelines.
Do project risk analysis and take appropriate measures to mitigate the risks.
Maintain front end engagement and communication lines
Provide Reports and required by this role.
Responsibilities and Duties- Technical
Develop and maintain assurance plans and workflows.
Recruit and train service assurance support personnel.
Facilitate support personnel with required resources.
Oversee and track performance of all working functions.
Receive, validate, log and process project delivery data.
Monitor project implementation schedules and calendars.
Maintain inter-departmental interactions and workflows.
Produce periodical delivery performance trackers and reports.
Produce periodical service assurance trackers and reports.
Develop and maintain daily project delivery schedules.
Monitor all project pipeline workflows and schedules.
Maintain front end engagement and communication lines.
Produce and analyze daily delivery performance reports.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Developing project strategies.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Provide daily technical reports for the project progress.
Responsibilities and Duties- IT
Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to design of network architecture, integration and installation.
Ensure all technical designs are produced within the stipulated timeframe.
Enure proper documentation of projects as per the workflow, process and standards.
Monitor and ensure projects are completed within the timelines given in the scope of work.
Ensure all computers are installed with the anti-virus.
Perform research on system technology and provide resolution to complex issues for processes.
Develop training programs for staff, both general and technical to aid capacity building.
Ensure all required documentation is in place and approved by the relevant people before start of project.
Maintains network hardware and software, including servers, voice, PDA's, peripherals, network nodes, terminals and wiring.
Works with consultants to ensure that the computer system platform provides sufficient computing resources to deliver the desired level of business performance.
Coordinates with other departments in order to understand and meet their requirements.
Evaluates network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations. Checks systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.
Establishes budgetary requirements for equipment replacement.
Establishes and controls systems access and security.
Provides support to and trains users in local area network administration and usage.
Monitors customer service and maintains network stability, collects and analyzes network and memory utilization, and installs and tests software upgrades.
Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage and retrieval functions.
Coordinates third-party maintenance for network hardware, software and telecommunications services.
Develops or establishes strong relationships with service providers.
Trains users in the operations of office productivity applications.
Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Performs other non-essential duties as assigned.
